CHRISTMAS ROMP WITH CALLA
Family forever is back for Christmas
Foxy !
I would like to insert two loops done here in the 808 dedicated to Foxy. Both loops highlight the highest and lowest points in Mililani. I would not be able to do both loops without the training with foxy this past year…the CoVID year. Foxy Loop #1 was done first thing after I received word of Foxy’s passing. A light drizzle pervaded during the entire loop. Reminded me of when we were both caught in a rainstorm on Great Neck. Very fond and wet, sweet memory. Foxy Loop #2 was done under ideal conditions. It was a beautiful sunny morning. Had the fastest pace 2.1mph and the longest and hilliest conditions since my running marathon days.

Spectacular sun-kissing morning. I became inspired to do a workout that would not be possible without the training regimen over the past COVID year. Foxy was and will always be my training partner in mind, spirit and body. Thank you Dear Foxy!!!

Day 7 The Bishop is Here
The Bishop of Hawaii presides the Mass. He wore a special bishop hat…had his own personal server…and used a unique long, slender brown staff. He’s a white dude that possessed a voice of God…articulate…and his presence was all aura. His message was their are two ways in life: our way and God’s way. Things may not happen the way we expect in our lives..in our time. However, those things brought to us are perfect in God’s way. Believe in God’s way because his way is perfect for our way. Thank you Lord.
MISA DE GALLO DAY 6
Day 6. Acknowledge the Lord’s presence with gratitude. God is present everywhere. Must be aware of one’s surroundings.
Ordered chicken katsu at Mililani Restaurant. Had the chicken and broccoli and pork katsu 2 nights ago. Definitely the go-to place for Chinese.

This date happens to be the anniversary of Mom’s passing back in 2006. hey Mom…you will have a great time with Foxy. Foxy I hope you are friendly to Cha Cha.
Foxy is a great companion and training partner. I miss her dearly. She will always be in my heart.
