From Emily M

Allan L. Bergano Really easy.
5lbs of soup bones from the butcher
3 star anise
2 cinnamon sticks
3 inch ginger crushed
5 head garlic
1 onion
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon cardamom (I used ground since it was easier to find than pods)

Roast for an hour 400°f in electric roaster
Then pour water over until bones are covered. Simmer for 24 hours, even longer. The longer the better in my opinion
