White dudes were machinists….rarely get dirty. While Filipinos got dirty doing the manual labor.

went to school in Kenai, Alaska.

However, when cooking, Filipinos are hands on chefs. Don’t mind that kind of manual labor. Get dirty but the food is great when cooked dirty.
