INTERMITTENT FASTING

Started the weekend of August 28 – 30. Weight at start is 235.7. Week one is to be mindful of intermittent fasting. On Saturday and Sunday, will be able to fast to 10AM. Tuesday – Friday, eating window will be 10AM – 7PM…..15:9…during clean fast, no gum…black coffee…water. On Tuesday, 8/31….had no gum durirng workout. Mouth was extremely dry. Will see the effects by end of week.
